Required skills:
• At least 2-3 years experience in HR area (preferable in IT sphere)
• Expert level knowledge and submitted achievement in the next directions:
- Adaptation

- Retention
- Training and People Development
- Career Development
- People Evaluation
- HR Consulting
• Good knowledge the main HR methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Works independently
• Customer directivity
• Strong writing and speaking English skills
• Advanced PC use
